
Freerapic Furniture Refund and Returns Policy

At Freerapic, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a comprehensive refund and returns policy. Please review the following guidelines to help you understand the return and refund process.
1. Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The product must not have been customized or personalized (custom items are non-returnable).
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a return authorization (RA) number if necessary.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure that your return is safely delivered to our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your item) so that we can resolve the issue.
- We may ask for photos of the damaged or defective item, as well as the packaging, to assist with the claims process.
- In the case of damaged or defective products, Freerapic will cover return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Freerapic will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refund Conditions:
- Products must meet the return criteria mentioned above.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.
- Shipping charges, taxes, and other fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
